MWE & District Annual Show
A regular fixture in the village calendar for over 100 years, we like many events took the decision to cancel the 2020 show due to the obvious restrictions of the pandemic. However, for 2021 we are back, but with a slightly reduced content and a revised layout of the Show at the Village Hall. Please follow the link below to the Schedule, categories include vegetables, crafts, photography, art, flowers and baking. Children's classes for up to 6 and 7 - 14 year olds. Small fee per entry and prizes to be won.
Staging for show entries from 8:30am to 10:45am. Entry forms will be available on the morning of the show. Show exhibit entries are 40p or £1 for a feature class.
Show opens: 2:30pm. Entry is £1 adults, under 16’s free.
Trophies award: 4:00pm to 4:30pm
Even if you are not showing, come along from 2:30pm in the afternoon to see what the talented locals have produced and enjoy tea & cake in the garden. We also have an upcycled ‘Any Thing and Everything Stall’, which will feature an enhanced selection of collectables, a book stall, and a raffle.
