This website is owned and operated by the Mortimer Village Partnership (MVP). MVP is an non-profit, unincorporated association. As such the MVP is exempt from a number of legal requirements that would be associated with a partnership, limited company or charity. Having said this the MVP Committee have adopted a governance strategy which closely aligns with the requirements of a more formally incorporated body.
