Mortimer 2012 W.I. will meet on the second Wednesday of the month in January 2019. Our speaker Graham Horn will present The History of the Kennet and Avon Canal. This is an open meeting where members are welcome to bring along friends and family. We welcome non-members to attend and try Mortimer 2012 W.I.

This is a gentle walk mainly over flat terrain of around 1.75 to 2 miles that last about 1 hr. (particularly intended for those that would like to start walking, returning from injury or illness, etc.). The walk is free of charge.

Consultation on Mortimer Schools
The governors of St. John and St. Mary's schools have announced the start of a consultation to include parents, staff, the local community, local authority and diocese regarding the possible federation of the two schools.
