The annual St. John's Church Christmas Bazaar will be held on Saturday 25th November at St. John's Church from 10am to 1 pm. Details to follow.

Our September meeting will take place on Friday 8th September at 7.30pm in the Methodist Church Hall, West End Road, Mortimer, RG7 3ST.

We are very lucky to have Philip Hume, from the Mortimer History Society, coming to talk about the Mortimer family which gave our village its name.

Our July meeting will take place on Tuesday 18th July at 7.30pm in the Methodist Church Hall,
and Chris Darbyshire, who wrote the book below, will be talking about the history of St Mary's
church.

And Then There Were None is an Agatha Christie mystery, basically a locked room mystery but on a cut-off island, with a plot full of suspense and many murders. It was a standalone novel, unusual for Christie, which has been adapted into stage and tv format and has proven to be popular with audiences in all forms.
