Fun Day Presentations

This year's Fun Day was a great success not only in terms of the great time had by one and all but also in terms of the money raised for local charities and organisations. On the 24th October at the Community Centre, Deacon John Foley, on behalf of TIM, presented a total of £3000: £2000 to David Hickman on behalf of the Alexander Devine Children's Hospice, £500 to Lorna Butler (and members) on behalf of The Mortimer Lunch Club, and £500 to Julian Earl on behalf of The Mortimer Youth Club.

Guests representing many local organisations enjoyed wine provided by Wine Divine and cheese and biscuits donated by Budgens.
