Mortimer Area Sports Weekend
On 26th and 27th May, many people took advantage of the great taster sessions on offer from our local sports clubs and organisations. You can see a few photos here. MVP thanks all the following for putting time and effort and expense into getting Mortimer sportier: Mortimer Netball Club, Mortimer Football Club, Tadley Rugby Club, Willink Leisure Centre (swimming), Fit4Sports, Mortimer Tennis Club, Unique Outdoors (archery and laser guns), Wokefield Park Gold Club, Open Water swimming, Claire Hallmey (Zumba), Linda Barsby (yoga), Fiona Mundy (Pilates), First for Sport (Family Quad Athletics). Those who completed 3 or more spots and put their sports passport in the library letterbox by 1st June will receive their medals as part of the closing ceremony at the Fun Day.
