Opening Times:

Burghfield Sailing Club is one of the largest inland sailing clubs in the country. The lake has over 200 acres of sailable water and lies along the beautiful Kennet Valley, benefiting from the prevailing south-westerly winds. The club membership is made up of dinghy sailors with some sailbords. There is also a very active junior fleet sailing Optimists and Toppers with abilities ranging from absolute beginners to a good standard for racing in national events.

Burghfield & Mortimer Photo Club has an exciting and varied programme. We are a friendly group who meet fortnightly from September to July for talks, workshops, competitions, outings, and discussions.

All are very welcome, whatever your photographic interest or skill; if you are a beginner seeking answers or a more advanced photographer who can contribute or guide. And it doesn’t matter how you choose to take your images; DSLR, mirrorless, bridge, compact, tablet or mobile, we’re interested!
