I offer nutrition and lifestyle coaching. My passion is nutrition and I'm happy to work with any age, gender and health 'problem' or 'symptom.' I have a diploma in Non medical nutritional advice, I am a level 3 pilates teacher and personal trainer and have studied with the CHEK academy.

I can work with people in their own homes, via Skype or somewhere that suits the individual as long as it's quiet.

I am a fully qualified and experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist working primarily from home in Mortimer. I also hold a Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Approaches to Mental Health from Bangor University and teach the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course which has been widely researched for depression and other conditions. I am offering a course for a small group in Mortimer starting on 16th April.
